I want to personally invite you to join me as I host my May Fitness Challenge. May is nationally known for Mental Health Awareness Month. Exercising and Mental Health is very important to me!
Exercising has many benefits, not only for your physical health but also your mental health!
Exercise stimulates chemicals that improve your mood and the parts of the brain responsible for memory and learning.
Let's kick off May by committing to doing a mile a day, 5 days out the week for 5 weeks!!!!
You can walk, bike, jog and/ or run! All ages are welcome too! Let's make this a family affair.
