Oh, my goodness! I’ve been waiting all week to share this blog with you because I really feel like this blog is really going to help someone become free. Earlier this year there were many times, I wanted to give up but the truth- I would have given up, I would not be where I am today. Let me tell you -No matter where you are in your journey you will not be there a year from now. Let me give you an example in graduate school there were many times I wanted to give up because I was tired of writing 20 pages paper I was like- what in the world can I talk about 20 pages long that required me to think outside of the box, conduct research and all that good stuff.
Just know, if I was to give up during that frustrated period in my life, I would not have received my Master of Science in Sports Management and a Head Track and Field coach for a local High School. During my first season of coaching, I had times when I wanted to give up on my girls-I’m glad I didn’t and now I am more than a coach to my ladies. Remember you are on this journey of life and it’s okay to cry! Cry about it, wipe your tears and put back on your running shoes because it is a marathon not a sprint. The battle is already won, God got you.
"But you will not even need to fight. Take your positions; then stand still and watch the Lord’s victory. He is with you, Do not be afraid or discouraged. Go out against them tomorrow, for the Lord is with you!” 2 Chronicles 20:17 NLT
Please continue to have a great remainder of the week. I’m praying for you.
